For someone who uses assistive technology, having access to a fully accessible course is not just helpful but transformational. This means that I can focus on learning and not overcoming avoidable barriers. Also, it sends a powerful message that everyone’s learning journey is valuable. What is important for some of us benefits all of us, leading to a truly inclusive environment where all students can engage with their studies independently and on an equal footing.
